Tianjushi Lecture Hall is an open and sharing training platform built by the Group. In line with the purpose of promoting learning by teaching and doing by learning, it aims to comprehensively improve the overall quality and level of employees. Every year, well-known lecturers with advanced management concepts or authoritative technologies are invited to teach face-to-face to group employees through lecture hall activities, dialogue with the wise, inspire thinking, and brainstorming. Since its inception in 2017, it has successfully held four sessions, with more than 800 people participating in it.
