She graduated in Chemical Engineering from Hebei University of Technology in 1982. In 2003, she graduated in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University with Master Degree in Engineering. She was rated as Advanced Worker of Medicine Science and Technology Management, Shijiazhuang Outstanding Scientific and Technical Worker, Young and Mid-aged Scientist, Technologist and Management Expert with Outstanding Contribution of Hebei.

Presiding over 14 scientific research projects at the central and provincial levels, Wang Jing is awarded as the advanced worker in medical and technological management, excellent scientific and technological workers in Shijiazhuang.
