He graduated in Industrial Fermentation from Hebei College of Light Industry and Chemical Technology in 1994. He once held the post of project leader in pharmaceutical chemical department of The Fourth Research and Design Engineering Corporation of CNNC.

He has engaged in pharmaceuticals and chemical industry for ages. With rich experience on design and construction, he has the ability to design large scale project independently and resolve complex technology problems in his field.

He concentrates on APIs fermentation and high-end preparation engineering. As the main designer and the project leader, he joined and hosted famous tens of large-scale pharmaceutical engineering. He won The Second Prize of National Excellent Project Design, The Second Prize of Excellent Project Design for Ministerial Levels and The Second Prize of Excellent Project Consultation for Ministerial Levels.
